Our house is not very large, but it is warm and cozy. It consists of two floors: ground floor and first floor, connected by concrete stairs. The floor area is about 70 square meters, but on the first floor, there is a large terrace on one side and a big balcony on the other. The first floor is provided for our dear guests, so they have some 100 square meters available for accommodation.
In front of the house is planted vineyards which creates pleasant shade, and all around the house is greenery or flowers. On the east side of the house is the garden that my wife govern. And there are grapevines, mandarins, lemons and peaches, tomatoes, zucchini, lettuce, salads and more.
When you get to the floor and enter the house, you will find yourself in a corridor. From there you can enter one of the three rooms, one of the two bathrooms or the kitchen. Rooms are spacious and each has a large double bed. In two rooms there are a double bed and a comfortable single bed.
Apartments in Croatia are mostly for 2 - 4 people for which there is the highest demand. The ideal number of guests in our house is 6, but if needed, the number of guests can be up to 8. Unfortunately, this will also increase the price. Of course, it can accommodate even fewer guests if it suits them.
In the rooms, besides a nice big bed, there are cupboards for storing and hanging clothes, and a small desk with a chair. In the room, you will also find small luggage storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can store the food and prepare a dish. You can use a microwave, oven, glass-ceramic plate and all necessary utensils: cutlery, pans, plates and the like.
On the floor are two bathrooms with toilets. They are equipped with shower cabins and everything is new, purchased in 2018. In one of the bathroom, there is also a washing machine.
There is a powerful air conditioning in the corridor to cool the entire space. Free WI-FI is also available so you can stay connected with the world.
On the west side of the house, there is a parking lot for more cars and parking is free.
